Questions from international exhibitors
Do we need to travel to Egypt before the show?
No. We handle the brief, 3D design approvals and progress updates by email and video call, with photos from the workshop and the venue. You can arrive in time for opening day.
Can you quote in US dollars or euros?
Yes. We send itemised quotes in USD or EUR, as well as Egyptian pounds if you prefer.
Can you handle shipping and customs for our exhibits?
Yes. We arrange customs clearance and delivery of your products, samples and display equipment to the venue, and their return or local storage after the show.
How early should we contact you?
Ideally 8 to 12 weeks before the show. A compact stand takes about 3 to 5 weeks to design and build, and larger stands take longer, so earlier contact gives you more design options.
Can you store our stand for next year's show?
Yes. We can store your stand in Cairo and re-install it for your next edition, with updated graphics if needed.
Where is More Spaces based, and do you work outside Egypt?
Our office and workshop are in Cairo (1 Aden St., Mohandessin, Giza), open Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm Cairo time, and visitors are welcome. We build for exhibitors from around the world, and for projects in other countries we confirm scope case by case. Tell us your show and dates.
